Representation projects are due tomorrow and presentations will begin then.

The students are preparing their projects and should be ready to present by Wednesday of next week. Here is the rubric for how they will be marked: 4 3 2 1 Media The media is an excellent match for the message and was creatively constructed by the students The media is a good match for the message and was well constructed by the students The media somewhat fit the message and was a basic construction by the students The media did not fit well with the message The construction of media was limited Message The message is clearly communicated and is well understood by the audience The message is well presented and understood by most of the audience The message is present but may be somewhat confusing for the audience Not understood or communicated Prese

The students are beginning a representation project after studying messages in media. We started to brainstorm today and will begin work on Monday.  If they would like to use a device from home they can bring it to class with parent permission. Here are the questions they will be using to focus their work. 1.    What media will you choose and why? 2.    What is your message? 3.    How will you show this creatively? 4.    What is the overall feel or tone of your project?
